Casanovas Recruitment Solutions has a very exicting opportunity working with a successful and growing business within Chelmsford City centre.

Our client is seeking a Part time HR Administrator to join their current team and ideally looking for the successful candidate to work 18 hours a week and would be flexible on days and start times.

Duties will include:

  • Day to day admin for pay increases, joiners, leavers, investigations, disciplinary hearings.
  • flexible working requests etc.
  • Helping to manage recruitment - posting job adverts on social media/indeed, finding candidates, emails, booking interviews etc.
  • Following up to ensure leaver and joiner processes completed in full
  • Saving template letters for disciplinary / grievance etc.
  • Helping to get a full set of procedures in place and keep them up to date
  • Support our Contracts Director by monitoring Managers to ensure they are managing their staff fully I.e. following up to ensure all staff discussions/appraisals/end of probation reviews happen
  • Rolling out job descriptions for all
  • Following up to ensure we’ve completed all flexible working applications
  • Checking sickness absence to ensure we have fit notes, helping to maintain contact with anyone on long term sick etc.
