Your new roleAs a HR Administrator, you will be the backbone of the company's day-to-day HR operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a happy and efficient workplace, ensuring the staff are supported and their HR processes run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process
- End to end employee lifecycle
- Right to work
- Minute taking in formal meetings
- Payroll administration
- Absence management
- Training and development coordination
- Maintain employee records
What you will need to succeed
- Proven experience as a HR Administrator, assistant or relevant role
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy
