Our client is seeking an eager HR Administrator to support their busy team, working closely with the HR BP - you will take responsibility for the administration tasks across the HR function and look at ways to improve and streamline current processes. This role offers growth and opportunity for someone who wants to grow and progress in HR.

Duties will include:

  • Providing general administration, and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Providing organisational and administration support.
  • Creating and analysing reports.
  • Plan & deliver inductions and onboarding of new starters, contracts, and systems updates, follow ups and welcomes.
  • Input, update, and monitor HR systems.
  • Improving, implementing, and administering human resources policies and procedures
  • Implementing programs to improve the employee experience of the organisation as a workplace.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a HR Generalist position
  • Proficiency in word, Excel, and CRM systems
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of the hiring process
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • A customer-focused outlook with a high level of discretion and professionalism
  • The ability to work well with team members and management.
  • Cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills for storing and accessing different types of information daily.
