Time Appointments are pleased to be working with a steadily expanding company in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for a HR Administrator to provide core support to their HR team.
This role is perfect for someone looking to work on a variety of HR related tasks in a fast paced environment with a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Proving support for various HR related topics
- Assisting with the recruitment process
- Preparing HR documents
- Organising and scheduling meetings and reviews
- Holiday approval
- Analyse and report on HR metrics
- Assisting with meetings and reviews
You will need
- Experience in an HR related role
- Excellent at rapport building
- Quick efficient and able to work in an fast paced environment
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
