Time Appointments are pleased to be working with a steadily expanding company in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for a HR Administrator to provide core support to their HR team.

This role is perfect for someone looking to work on a variety of HR related tasks in a fast paced environment with a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proving support for various HR related topics
  • Assisting with the recruitment process
  • Preparing HR documents
  • Organising and scheduling meetings and reviews
  • Holiday approval
  • Analyse and report on HR metrics
  • Assisting with meetings and reviews

You will need

  • Experience in an HR related role
  • Excellent at rapport building
  • Quick efficient and able to work in an fast paced environment
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail
