Background
Reporting into the HR Manager this role is ideal for an HR Administrator or HR Assistant looking for a new challenge. The role is full time site based until after probation is passed but then will be 4 days on site/1 day working from home.
Duties & Responsibilities
The role will encompass providing support on the full employee lifecycle including:
- Administering the recruitment process
- Conducting pre-employment checks
- Maintaining the HRIS and producing reports as required
- Ensuring all probationary period information is completed and filed correctly
- Ensure new starters receive the correct onboarding emails prior to join
- Supporting with payroll
- Support with employee relation casework
Person specification
- Previous HR administration experience is essential
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
