BMC Recruitment is delighted to be working with a manufacturing organisation in the Teesside area to assist them in their recruitment for a HR Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. 
  
Background
Reporting into the HR Manager this role is ideal for an HR Administrator or HR Assistant looking for a new challenge. The role is full time site based until after probation is passed but then will be 4 days on site/1 day working from home.
  
Duties & Responsibilities
The role will encompass providing support on the full employee lifecycle including:
  • Administering the recruitment process
  • Conducting pre-employment checks
  • Maintaining the HRIS and producing reports as required
  • Ensuring all probationary period information is completed and filed correctly
  • Ensure new starters receive the correct onboarding emails prior to join
  • Supporting with payroll
  • Support with employee relation casework
  
Person specification
  • Previous HR administration experience is essential
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
