Are you ready to take on an essential role in HR administration? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for a 3-month temporary assignment in Knowsley, Liverpool. As a HR Administrator, you'll support various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing incoming CVs.
  • Ensure job descriptions and adverts are communicated effectively.
  • Help schedule interviews and provide feedback.
  • Assist with DBS and security checks
  • Help prepare contracts and review expiry dates.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of contractor documentation.
  • Collect onboarding information.
  • Conduct basic competency checks and validate certificates.
  • Help prepare induction programmes and schedule meetings for new starters.
  • Assist with the alignment of business IT equipment during onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Some HR Administrator is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with basic HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range & Benefits:

The salary for this HR Administrator role is negotiable depending on experience. In addition, the company offers an attractive benefits package including 25 days holiday plus banks.
