HR Administrator

We are working with a client of ours who are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will manage essential HR administrative functions, focusing on recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee record management. You will maintain accurate and confidential employee records, manage HR information systems, and serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries. This position supports the HR function, contributes to the smooth operation of HR initiatives, and fosters positive employee experiences.
Day to Day of the role:- Support staff recruitment processes, including application handling, shortlisting, liaising with candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offers.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, including induction scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on HR databases and ensure data protection compliance.
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee queries.
- Support the HR team with monthly payroll accuracy and completion.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including organising HR events and initiatives.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports for various purposes and ensure timely processing of HR invoices.
- CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience with HR systems management and updates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
