This position is for a Senior HR Administrator who will be responsible for various HR tasks in a professional services environment. The individual will provide support to the Human Resources department, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to team efforts.

Our client is a well-established organisation with over 1000 employees globally. Located in Guildford.

Description

The key responsibilities for the HR Administrator will be:

  • Manage HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment
  • Advise on ER cases
  • Ensure HR databases are up to date and compliant with legislation
  • Monitor and manage HR inbox queries
  • Support the recruitment process, including advertising roles and scheduling interviews
  • Assist with payroll by providing the finance department with relevant employee information
  • Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys
  • Resolve HR-related queries within the company
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Support the maintenance of the HRIS system

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
