HR Administrator
This position seeks a committed HR Administrator to support the Human Resources Department in a Not-for-Profit organisation located in Warrington.

Description
- Coordinate and complete the administration for all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Assisting in the recruitment, training, and development processes
- Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Supporting the HR department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Managing queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Conducting employee onboarding and helping to organise training & development initiatives
- Assisting with performance management procedures
- Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agendas
Profile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
- An academic background in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems
- An understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
