HR Administrator (12 Months, Hybrid)
Stevenage
£16 per hour (Umbrella)


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Administrator on behalf of our client. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding all HR-related queries.

The ideal candidate will be an organised and reliable professional who can handle various administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
  • Assist with the administration of HR-related documentation
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Support the HR team with recruitment, organising interviews, boarding, and training processes
  • Updating payroll spreadsheet with bonus payments
  • Ensure all HR database Onehr/SAP information is regularly updated, with all changes and amendments.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience in an HR administrative / recruitment administration experience in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Be proficient using HR software and MS packages
  • Have the ability to multi-task with a range of relatively complex support/administration activities
  • Patience and courtesy to provide an initial contact point for all HR queries
