Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this successful and highly personable Professional Services Organisation with an office in central Bath, to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for 12 months to cover for maternity leave, ideally starting in June / July. The role is full-time and offers 2-3 home working days per week.

This is a truly generalist HR role covering employee relations, case management, advice and guidance, performance management as well as talent management and recruitment. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in wider Human Resources project work and initiatives. The role is diverse and will suit somebody who enjoys team working and building great relationships across the business.

About You:

  • Degree qualified preferably in a Human Resources or business related field
  • CIPD level 5 qualified (ideally fully qualified)
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
  • Ability to provide pragmatic and commercial HR advice with a track record of doing so
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the business
  • Aware of the need to act discreetly and confidentially
  • Diplomatic and tactful
