About the team and the role:
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will play an integral part in helping build out our HR offering in a fast-growing company in an exciting time of transition. This role will work in partnership with the Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and HR Operations functions, to provide solutions focused advice and support and also support on key projects.
Your key stakeholder group will be our UK Retail business, which have made 14 acquisitions over recent years and have recently gone through a consultation to bring them together under one legal entity as we move towards becoming One Acrisure. The role will require regular travel to different offices across the UK.
The quality of advice and service grows from a thorough understanding of their business, and that understanding comes from working closely with them and building long-lasting relationships.
How you'll contribute:
The purpose of this role is to work in partnership and provide professional advice and guidance to managers and employees on various human resources matters. This comprises commercially focused people solutions that take into account company policies and procedures, employment legislation, and HR best practice. You'll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, external advisors, and employees.
