Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis with opportunities to turn permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR advisory services to managers and employees, ensuring adherence to employment law and best practises.
• Guide and influence managers on various HR aspects aligned with business objectives.
• Support new management visits and provide necessary HR support.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and provide solutions to address issues.
• Assist the HR Business Partner in driving HR initiatives.
