HR ADVISOR

LUXURY RETAIL - LONDON 

Company:

  • A Luxury Global Fashion House
  • Specialising in Fine Jewellery & Accessories, Fashion & Leather Goods.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line advice and coaching to managers regarding all employee relations.
  • Support when necessary with all HR matters including sickness absence, disciplinaries, formal investigations.
  • Draft new and maintain existing HR policies, in line with UK legislation.
  • Identify issues and outlining methods of up-skilling employees, providing training on HR issues.
  • Initiating employee events, including mental health and well-being initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Management or CIPD qualification.
  • Strong UK employment law knowledge.
  • Excellent ability to nurture solid, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident in approach, curious and able to create positive changes
