Reed are delighted to be working with a highly respected organisation in Woodbridge, who are seeking a HR Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team 12 Month FTC (Maternity cover).
With a Salary £35,000 on offer, this role will suit an experienced HR professional who has experience in conducting appraisals, handling ER cases and more.
The working hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00
Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk
Key duties and responsibilities:
• Supporting managers and employees on various HR issues, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation
• Providing coaching and mentoring to managers and staff on best practices and HR processes
• Managing employee relations cases, such as grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and redundancy
• Performance evaluation and appraisals
• Overseeing staff contracts, holiday, and sickness
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
The skills and experience required:
• Experience in a Human Resources role conducting duties, as above. (No CIPD required)
• A proven track record of delivering HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels
• A high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
• A good knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
• Strong IT skills.
