HR Advisor - Nights

Job Title HR Advisor
Location: Remote (onboarding in Hinckley office for training)
Shift Pattern: Nights - 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern, hours of work 19:45-07:30
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + £3,000 night shift bonus

SF Recruitment are working with a leading provider of HR and Employment Law services, dedicated to delivering exceptional support to businesses nationwide. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR and Employment Law advice to clients, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach.
- Support the HR team during busy periods, maintaining service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and industry trends to provide accurate advice and guidance.
- Manage client records and prepare HR documents such as contracts and policies with meticulous attention to detail.
- Take ownership of client cases, managing them from initiation to resolution independently.
- Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our services.

About You:
- Solid ER/HR background with experience in handling complex HR issues independently.
- CIPD Qualified or possess practical HR or Employment Law experience.
- Able to work effectively and professionally in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Comfortable working to KPIs and SLAs, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Training and Onboarding:
- Initial 6-8 week training period will be conducted in our Hinckley office, Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30.
- Candidates must be available to attend training in the office then will move to work remotely for the foreseeable.
