We are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a company based in Worthing on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. This role is paying an hourly rate between £16.92 per hour. Hours can be full time (Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week) or part time (25-30 hours a week, spread across 3 to 4 days or 5 shorter days). This is a hybrid role and will require travel to Hove and Portslade; therefore, you must be a driver.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Delivering a comprehensive HR advisory service to managers across the company in line with company policies and procedures
- Managing HR processes within the business, such as changes to T&Cs of business contracts and the Employee Relations caseload across the company
- Managing HR systems including all relevant employment documentation, sickness, recruitment, and training records
- Producing reports and collating relevant employee information to provide to the external benefit providers
To be successful for this position, you must have at least 5 years plus recent HR experience at Advisor level or above. You must have experience of dealing with Employee Relations issues, as well as re-writing Job descriptions.
