Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Employee Relations (ER) within the manufacturing industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team near Rothwell, Leeds.

Client Details

As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing complex ER cases and providing comprehensive HR support. This is a HR Generalist role within an established team to ensure best practices are followed and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for management and staff
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
  • Foster strong working relationships across all levels of the organization

Profile

HR Advisor - Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong expertise in managing complex ER cases
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
