You day to day would involve:-
- Management of ER cases
- Initial point of contact for line managements
- Upskilling on policies and procedures
- Management of occupational health process
- Work closely with training providers
- Lead on exit interviews
- Work closely with HR BP on talent and succession planning
- Other duties as directed
