HR Advisor
I am seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join a dynamic HR team. As an integral member, you will continue our tradition of delivering effective people solutions, supporting line managers, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. His will be 2 days onsite based in Warwickshire on 12month FTC.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support on end-to-end employee relations cases, including underperformance and dismissals.
Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Lead recruitment efforts, from job advert creation to shortlisting and interviews.
Design and deliver training to enhance managers understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Support continuous improvement
Provide HR admin support and manage flexible working requests.
Carry out project work as required and drive wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
Continuously update policies, handbooks, and HR procedures.
Assist the Head of HR with training courses and produce management information reports.
Experience Required
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above)
- Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HR systems.
- Experience in processing payroll.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to change.
- Strong presentation skills and a creative mindset.
