Your new company
My client is a growing education trust who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor as they continue to grow. You will be part of a small, but friendly HR team where you will have exposure to all aspects of HR.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for end to end ER casework, welfare, performance and absence management, exit interviews, reviewing and updating terms and conditions of employment.

There will be lots of scope for growth and autonomy in the role as looking to add another 6 schools in the next 18 months.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally, have or be working towards your CIPD qualification.
  • Strong employment law knowledge and hands-on experience of handing ER caseload.
  • Ideally, you need a driving licence as there will be travel to schools. The role will be a mix of home, office and school-based. A; Schools are within the Nottingham area.

What you'll get in return

  • 37 hours per week.
  • Will consider part-time (30 hours) or term time only for the right individual.
  • 25 days leave plus stats
