Interim HR Advisor- 10 Months FTC

Location:Shropshire - on site role

Salary:£28,000 - £32,000

This HR Advisor role is absolutely criticalto support a HR team and business going through a change programme.

TheHR Advisorwill work within a busy business setting, bringingHR expertiseand an ability to influence and manage keystakeholders, this role is providing 1st line advice to managers across the business.

  • Your key focus will be to provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice

  • Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice

  • Providing Management Information when required

You will have worked in a busy environment, and be a good influencer, commercial, and able toprovide robust HR support.

No two days will be the same, this is a fantastic grounding form someone looking to build a HR Career
