Elevation Recruitment Group HR now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join an established transport company based in the wider Rotherham area.

This is a really exciting role that will support the success of the overall HR function whilst supporting employees and managers on a wide variety of HR matters as well as working on key HR projects.

Other key responsibilities as a HR Advisor are:

  • Providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and staff on a wide variety of HR matters
  • Contributing to the review and development of HR policies and procedures in accordance with the Policy Development Framework
  • Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support the management of complex employee cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and attendance management

We would be keen to speak to candidates with the following:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent in experience
  • HR experience at an Advisory level, with experience of employee relations and up to date knowledge of Employment Law
  • Experienced at using HR databases
