Your new company

My client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor as they continue to grow. You will be part of a small, but friendly HR team where you will have exposure to all aspects of HR.


Your new role

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for ER casework, welfare, performance and absence management, exit interviews, reviewing and updating terms and conditions of employment.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have employment law knowledge and hands-on experience dealing with ER caseload. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and must possess good listening, mediation and counselling skills. Ideally, have or be working towards CIPD qualification or experience.


What you'll get in return

In return you will receive a salary between £28k - £35k dependent on experience.25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, on-site parking, a pension scheme as well as many more company benefits,
