HR Advisor

Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Part Time HR Advisor for 3 months based in London Bridge, this is for a Hospitality organisation. This candidate will have a strong ER experience, with experience leading large consultations processes.

Duties:

• Building a respected and trusted relationship with Managers across the UK and Ireland in Operations and Support Functions, so that you become the 'go to' for providing trusted and at times confidential advice and guidance
• Provide legally compliant and procedurally sound advice and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring we are always legally compliant in our management of cases, including travelling to sites to act as Company Representative and note taker on serious matters
• Independently manage complex cases such as disciplinary, grievances, appeals, ensuring appropriate action taken (for example, mediation or tribunal cases).
• Manage consultations and negotiations, as well as the relationship between the organisation and unions or employee bodies.
• Triaging and applying an 'HR' lens to UK organisational/ department changes as proposed by the functions, including working in conjunction with finance from a business plan and cost perspective
• Respecting confidentiality in everything you do
• Work closely with the Head of P&C UK and admin team to ensure ideology and values are nurtured across the Group
• Actively seeking to keep your UK employment law knowledge up to date and relevant
• Building a rapport and strong relationships with your internal customers to support them to achieve their business goals and enable soulful hospitality
• This candidate will have a strong ER experience, with experience leading large consultations processes.

This role is starting ASAP and is Part time!
