Description

• Providing expert HR advice to managers and staff.
• Implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company's strategy.
• Overseeing recruitment processes, including interviewing and selection.
• Conducting regular performance and salary reviews.
• Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Facilitating staff training and development initiatives.
• Participating in HR projects as required.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• A degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
• Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
• Excellent knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
