Connaught Education is currently supporting one of the oldest and most historic independent boys' schools in London to appoint a HR Advisor on a full time, maternity cover basis, the position is an immediate start dependent on notice periods and will run until the end of April 2025.

The school in question is a selective school which offers places to both day and boarding pupils, it is a centre of academic and pastoral excellence.

A HR Advisor is required for a maternity cover contract, the appointed person will report directly to the HR Director and take up a role within the team which heavily focusses on recruitment and systems. The duties of the successful HR Advisor will cover areas such as:

  • Recruitment
  • Candidate vetting
  • Use of SCR
  • School compliance

The HR Advisor in question will ideally have education experience and an understanding of recruitment processes, a degree level education is essential and CIPD qualifications are desirable.
