We are partnering with a public sector organisation in Newcastle who have an exciting opportunity to add a HR Advisor to the team. The role works closely with the People Partner and will provide HR support across the business.

The role involves:
- Supporting employee well-being and absence management
- Employee relations from initial stage to case management
- Performance management
- Project work including recruitment, on-boarding, rewards and benefits
- Guiding and coaching managers
- Employee lifecycle
- Supporting and reporting on a range of HR issues
The ideal candidate will have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards
- Previous experience in a Generalist role
