My successful client is now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join their team full-time. This role demands someone who is confident, resilient, and articulate, capable of handling pressure and challenges with ease. As their HR Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in a growing business, working across multiple functions both internally and externally.

Key Skills and Experience needed:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideas.
  • Solid understanding of employment law principles.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, including disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts.
  • Strong ethics, sound judgement, and reliability.
  • Relevant HR qualification (ideally level 3 and above).
