HR/ER Advisor - 2-3 months interim
Location:Manchester (4 days onsite, 1 day from home)
Salary: £25-£27 per hour (£37,000-£40,000 FTE)
Start Date: Immediate

We are urgently seeking a Temporary HR/ER Advisor to fulfil a 2-month contract working for a leading property company based in Manchester City Centre.

This role is crucial in providing support with employee relations (ER) cases to alleviate pressure from the HR Business Partners and support the HR team, which has recently expanded.

If you are an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on employee relations and available to commit to a 2 months interim role as a minimum, get in touch to find out more.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle approximately 20-25 ER cases per month, including both complex and lower-level cases.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide immediate support and pick up ER cases from day one.
  • Support the HR team in training new members.
  • Occasionally travel to other sites in Leeds, Liverpool, and Birmingham (travel expenses paid).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HRBP with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Ability to manage and resolve complex ER cases.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with managers and stakeholders.
  • Must be able to start immediately and work 4 days onsite in Manchester offices with 1 day working from home.
