HR Advisor
Elevation HR have opportunity for a HR Advisor for a 6/9 month FTC, this is a hybrid role with typically 2 to 3 days in the office
In the role of HR Advisor you will be coaching and supporting people leaders to manage a range of ER issues developing management behaviours and styles to foster positive working relationships with colleagues.
Assess ER cases in terms of risk and possible solutions with the aim of reducing reoccurring issues through case analysis and proactive interventions where possible. Providing advice and guidance on sickness, absence, disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance and coaching people leaders where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations experience. You will be able to communicate well both written and verbally and up to date knowledge of employment law. Our client is looking for someone with a customer service mindset that will have a positive input to the team and their customers. It is desirable to have your CIPD qualification.
Our client is looking for someone immediately available or who can start in the next 2 weeks and can commit to 6/9 months
