We're seeking a dedicated HR Advisor ready to take the next step in their professional services career. This role is a remote, out of hours position and requires a strong team member with a passion for employee relations. You will be required to work weekends and night shifts.

Description

As an Out of Hours HR Advisor you will:

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Provide advice and support with overall HR and people related queries and procedures across the organisation.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Provide advice to management and leadership in line with ACAS and current employment law.
  • Maintain professionalism when liaising with external customers.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Proven working experience in human resources.
  • People-oriented and results-driven mentality.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Experience in employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent CIPD qualification.

Job Offer
