Reed HR are supporting a professional services company to recruit a HR Advisor. This is a full time, permanent position and will be office based in Sheffield. 
  • Salary circa £35,000 DOE.
  • 25 days per year + Bank Holidays.

Role Responsibilities
  • Oversee employee relations cases from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters, including disciplinaries, performance management, flexible working requests, phased returns, while maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Create and implement appropriate action plans to address employee relations issues; recommend corrective measures as needed.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate managers on effective employee relations practices, conflict resolution, and workforce management strategies.
  • Work with line managers to ensure that absences are maintained within acceptable limits utilising occupational health where appropriate by creating and dealing with referrals and appropriate meetings.
  • Roll out of new Cloud based HR system in conjunction with project team.
Person specification
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ advisory experience 
  • Hold a CIPD level 5 (preferrable)
  • Demonstrate proven experience in handling high volume of employee relations cases with successful outcomes.
