A well-established organisation is looking for an accomplished HR Advisor to join its team, based in North London. Please note that this role is fully office-based.

Reporting to the HR Manager within a close-knit team of 4 HR professionals, you will provide an effective and efficient HR partnering service to the business. You will be kind, approachable, organised and methodical and will ensure that your advice and guidance is in line with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.

The successful candidate will be confident in providing a high level of HR support, including coaching and supporting managers through complex employee relations matters (disciplinaries, grievances, conflict resolution, absence management, etc). You will be a personable, empathetic and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently.

You will be responsible for the co-ordination and processing of the monthly UK payroll & pension information, working with an external payroll provider to ensure payroll is processed accurately each month. You must be experienced in managing payroll calculations and have a good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. A CIPD accreditation would be advantageous to your application but candidates with great practical experience will also be considered.

You will ensure that a smooth and efficient HR service is delivered to the business, providing guidance to the firm from an operational perspective. This is a truly outstanding opportunity for a capable HR Advisor to join an impressive organisation that offers an extensive range of benefits and career progression opportunities.
