We are currently recruiting for a large public sector organisation who are looking for a temporary HR Advisor to join their expanding HR Team.

As the HR Advisor, you will work autonomously to support the Birmingham site, providing professional guidance and support to employees and managers in matters relating to policies/procedures; employment legislation; employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, organisational design and talent management. You will support across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and selection through to ER case management and succession planning.

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor or Officer who can make an immediate impact. Utilising your proven track record, you will need to quickly establish yourself as a credible partner to the organisation.

This is an immediate requirement, therefore applicants should be immediately available, or free on short notice.
