My client is seeking a HR Advisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice, guidance, and support to management and employees.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough employee relations investigations, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Support talent acquisition and retention initiatives, contributing to the growth of our talented workforce.
Qualifications:
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification is essential working towards level 5
  • Proven HR experience, atelast to two years demonstrating a deep understanding of HR principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and industry best practices.
