Macmillan Davies are delighted to be supporting a highly successful FMCG business to appoint a HR Advisor to join their team.

Working as part of a friendly and supportive HR team who work well together - it is an 'all hands-on-deck' approach and a fast-paced but rewarding environment. Creativity and an innovative approach works well in this business and you will be encouraged to contribute and bring fresh ideas.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced HR Advisor with a passion for Employee Experience. You will be picking up Employee Relations/Disciplinarys etc but in the long-term there will be an opportunity to move away from this and have more of a focus on the EX side and get involved in HR projects and new initiatives.

You will provide HR support and guidance to all areas of the business and respond to queries in a professional, friendly and helpful manner. There will be a need to support on Recruitment processes and Interviews. You will also get involved in running the Reward & Recognition scheme and take ownership of the Internal Social Media/Comms platforms.

About you:

  • HR Advisor with experience in managing disciplinary/grievance processes
  • A passion for Employee Experience
  • CIPD qualified or educated to Degree level
  • Up to date working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent communication skills, a people person with a positive can-do approach
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of HR systems and IT packages
