HR Advisor
  • Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor who is CIPD qualified and has at least a year’s experience in an advisory role. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and articulate individual with exceptional people skills, who is eager to join and develop within a dynamic HR team.

This role reports directly into the HR Manager and is office-based.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide expert HR advice and support on a range of employee relations issues.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
  • Manage casework including disciplinary, grievances, absence, and redundancy.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Support the HR Manager with the continuous improvement of HR services.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support the overall business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • CIPD qualification is essential.
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in an HR advisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
