HR Advisor - Insurance - City - upto £60,000

Wise May are looking for a HR Advisor for a Insurance company based in the City. This is a great role for anyone looking to expand their HR career in a corporate environment.

This role is based in a vibrant office in London with the opportunity to work from home, in a hybrid fashion. This is a business facing role so you would be expected to be in the office 3 days a week.

Duties include:

- To provide HR support across the companies businesses

- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers

- Carry out exit interviews where required

- Ensure the employee handbooks are up-to-date

- To carry out a wide range of project work

- To provide guidance and advise employees and line managers

- To carry out research and prepare papers as requested

Key skills and experience required:

- Proven experience of working within a fast-paced HR department

- Well organised; able to prioritise and work to deadlines, with excellent attention to detail

- An enthusiastic and flexible approach; personable; good team player; able to manage a busy and varied workload when required

- Proactive approach with `can do' attitude and a detail-orientated mentality

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees

Hybrid working offered: 3 days in the office.
