We are seeking a diligent and professional HR and Business Support Administrator to assist our team in Bolton. The role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to provide business support in an industrial / manufacturing setting.

Description

  • Providing administrative support to the HR and Business teams
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintaining accurate staff records and databases
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Assisting with health and safety procedures
  • Handling internal and external communication
  • Organising and scheduling appointments and events

Profile

A successful HR and Business Support Administrator should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in business, human resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR role
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organisation and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • A positive and proactive attitude
