We are seeking a diligent and professional HR and Business Support Administrator to assist our team in Bolton. The role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to provide business support in an industrial / manufacturing setting.

Description
- Providing administrative support to the HR and Business teams
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate staff records and databases
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives
- Assisting with health and safety procedures
- Handling internal and external communication
- Organising and scheduling appointments and events
Profile
A successful HR and Business Support Administrator should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in business, human resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR role
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organisation and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A positive and proactive attitude
