Job Title: HR and Payroll Advisor 4394

Location: London

Duration: 3 months

£35000 per anum

My high-profile client are recruiting for a HR and Payroll Advisor. The role is a Hybrid position on site 2/3 days a week in the office, working normal office hours. The role is 3 months with the potential to extend.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of pay and benefits for employees ensuring the HR system contains accurate data.
* Manage monthly payroll and time & attendance system efficiently and effectively, ensuring payroll data is correct.
* Respond quickly to all payroll queries and submissions.
* Process invoices on a monthly basis as requested.
* Process map creation of various HR and Payroll activities.
* Support the design, implementation and ongoing administration of key compensation and benefit arrangements.
* Liaise with providers and organise employee benefits as requested.
