Pertemps are working with a credible client who are looking to add to their HR team. This role will support with a wide range of HR related activities to support the employee experience whilst also ensuring compliance. Role Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries, face to face, e-mail and telephone.
  • Providing timely and accurate advice to support managers with any people related concerns or opportunities.
  • Managing casework for employee relations, i.e flexible working requests, investigations etc.
  • Manging sickness absence and all administration related to the case.
  • Support with starters and leavers process.
  • Analysis of HR processes, provide and implement improvements.
  • Supporting internal and external audits.
  • Weekly and monthly HR reports.
  • Support the HR Advisor/ HR Business partner with ad hoc duties.
  • Maintaining all data in SAP, filing, letter writing and any other administration tasks.
  • Any other duties that are asked.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a HR role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written skills.
  • IT Knowledge (SAP ideally and an understanding of HR systems).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage change.
