Salary: £25,000 per annum
We’re currently looking for an HR Assistant to join us on a permanent basis, the job is working remotely.
As an HR Assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for all people related matters, managing the recruitment and payroll elements of our charity.
Providing advice and guidance to managers on policies, procedures and employment law, you will support the HR Consultant and Head of Operations and Finance on a range of projects.
Role and Responsibilities
Prepares and amends where necessary HR documents e.g. employment contracts
Keeping policies and procedures up to date
Monitoring holidays, absence and lieu time
Arranging board meetings
Candidate requirements:
Good communicator
General HR duties
Strong Excel and IT skills
Good team player and communicator
