HR Assistant

Location: Milton Keynes

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an HR administrator to join their team on a permanent full time basis. The HR Assistant will work alongside the HR manager to support the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • You'll assist with the recruitment process, helping to identify and attract top talent.
  • Manage the onboarding process.
  • Manage the employee benefits program.
  • Maintain HR records, handling day-to-day HR tasks, be the go-to person for all things HR-related.
  • Be a learning and development champion working closely with employees to establish development plans, research training opportunities, and keep the skills matrices up to date.
  • Be a team liaison, the bridge between employees and the HR department, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met.
  • Assist with organising company events and team-building activities.
  • Be competent in HR laws and regulations, ensuring the company is always in compliance.
  • Compile and analyse HR data, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key skills and experience:

  • Competent with HR software and systems.
  • Have a Passion for HR.
  • Strong organisational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
