HR Assistant / Near Harleston, Norfolk / Full time / Permanent  / £25,000 - £30,000 per annum   
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our client on a full time, permanent basis near Harleston, Norfolk.
 
Duties include:
  • Dealing with queries via telephone and email
  • Sending out references of employment
  • Answering basic absence/holidays related queries
  • Sending out offer letters and employment contracts
  • Assisting the Health and Safety Manager with administration
  • Compiling details of investigations
  • Setting up new starters on the system
  • Updating all employee records including training and qualifications
  • Managing annual leave
  • Managing absence
  • Assisting the H&S Manager with H&S issues
Requirements include:
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to organise and manage time effectively, prioritising own workload to meet deadlines
  • A professional, confident and pleasant manner with a strong work ethic
  • Conscientious with an ability to be flexible and multi-task
  • Great customer service delivery at all levels
  • Must be competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
Hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Own transport required due to location.
