Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established food manufacturer, in their search for a HR Assistant to work on a 3 month contract at their Wrexham facility. 

What our client is offering for the successful HR Assistant:

  • £24,000 - £27,000 p/annum 
  • Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (some flexibility to meet work demand - 
  • Contract (3 months - Maternity Cover)
  • holidays + Bank Holidays, Free Parking, development academy  

The Role - HR Assistant:

  • Supporting departmental managers and supervisors with day-to-day HR issues
  • Keep all Right to Work ID, Job descriptions and contracts up to date for all existing and new employees
  • Discipline and grievance procedures; Advise supervisors/managers of the options open to them with respect to the disciplinary procedure
  • Arrange interviews
  • Absence – monitor, record and report daily absences as well as maintaining an accurate database to ensure that people are treated in line with the company absence procedure
  • Recruitment – aid the recruitment of staff internally and externally

What we are looking for in an HR Assistant:

  • At least 18 months previous experience in HR Advisory / Assistant Level - ESSENTIAL
  • Worked with employee and manager enquiries for direction with regard to HR processes and policies - ESSENTIAL 
  • CIPD Level 3 - DESIREABLE 
  • Available Immediately - ESSENTIAL
