About the Role:

As an HR Assistant, you will:

  • Support the HR department in all administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and processing payroll.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Help coordinate staff training and development programs.
  • Provide support in employee relations, ensuring effective communication between staff and management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
