HR Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a large commercial company who are looking for an HR Assistant to join their expanding HR Shared Services Team.
As the HR Assistant, you will support line managers and colleagues, providing a first line HR Service. Your role will involve the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and selection, onboarding and basic ER. You will be responsible for managing the employee data, updating records and issuing any changes to terms. Alongside this, you will provide professional guidance and support in matters relating to HR policy and procedure.
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator or Assistant who can make an immediate impact. Utilising your proven track record, you will need to quickly establish yourself as a credible member of the team.
