We are delighted to support our highly successful client within technology with their search for an HR Assistant. We are seeking someone with HR transactional experience who is confident working with all elements of HR - primarily recruitment, contracts and payroll.

You will be joining a formidable team who thrive within this fast paced environment where you will be able to build on your existing skills. Ideally we are seeking someone who loves a challenge and who's not afraid to come out of their comfort zone and undertake new projects/work loads under the best guidance.

Role & Responsibilities:-

Management of all administration relating to new joiners and leavers - including contracts, references, payroll information, management of benefits and full compliance data.

Assisting with salary reviews, appraisals, disciplinaries and adhoc projects alongside the HRBP.

Recruitment administration - advert posting and management of responses, liaising with agencies, website data and interviews.

As the HR Administrator you will be communicating regularly with all department heads on all levels of HR data.

Skills & Experience required:-

Experience providing administration within a fast paced, busy HR team - ideally involved with recruitment.

Can demonstrate your ability to produce accurate and informative work whilst undertaking your own projects in a multi-functional role.

Excellent communicator - both verbal and written.
