The company hold a national presence and are multi-disciplinary specialists within the construction and engineering sector. They work on many projects as a business specifically for structural engineering they design, adapt and repair structural steel projects. Due to a period of incredibly high growth the company are on the lookout for a HR Assistant / Manager to join their team and allow for sustained growth.

In this role you will be an integral member of the company and work closely with the team, monitoring the day to day running of HR for a team of 62, maintaining and updating company policies and enforcing procedures, promoting a health work environment, maintaining and updating company Health and Safety policies in line with legislation.

This is an excellent opportunity therefore suits an ambitious HR assistant who has experience within a construction or engineering environment, where you will add value to the team promoting a healthy and friendly workplace environment.

The Role:

• HR Assistant
• Produce and Review Risk Assessment's for Various Procedures
• Maintain and update company policies
• Maintain and update company Health & Safety policies in line with legislation.
• Promote a healthy work environment
• Produce and review risk assessments for various procedures

The Person:

• Previous experience within a HR Role
• Experience within the Construction or Engineering industry
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety
• Driving License
